What was the challenge?

After a successful local campaign created in-house, Dudley Building Society (DBS) wanted to continue the momentum with a fresh new campaign and solidify themselves as the go to choice for banking in the West Midlands. They came to us to create and execute a multi channel campaign, filled with trademark Dudley humour and Black Countryisms.

With so many local banks closing DBS wanted to highlight they still had several branches open and available to the people of the Midlands- encouraging people to ditch the bank and try a building society.

What did we do about it?

We initiated a discovery session with the Dudley Building Society team to grasp their requirements effectively.

The solution was - Local is best!

This campaign is an energetic appreciation of the Dudley Building Society’s roots and locations.

By using regional phrases, puns and boldly calling out frustrations with competitors we created a vibrant and memorable campaign.

We provided the digital resources for Dudley Building Society to use in LOCAL branches, LOCAL shopping centres and across different social media channels for promotion.
