Ede homes.

What was the challenge?

Ede Homes is a family-run company which specialises in building luxury homes in Oxfordshire. The company was founded by Bob Ede in 1959; 60 years later, the company remains a leader in Oxfordshires property market and is being run by Ede’s third generation. We produced a luxury brochure for their exclusive 60 year celebration event.

Ede Homes asked us to design and produce a special and beautifully finished 40 page brochure which was to be given out to guests during their exclusive 60 year celebration event. They wanted the brochure to tell the history of the business and be designed in reflection of luxurious homes they create.

Ede Homes had come to us with a portfolio of brochures which contrasted in style and theme. Their existing brochures were each branding differently, creating an additional challenge. We had to produce branding from scratch which they could go on to use for future marketing material to maintain brand standardisation.

We had no branding or style to base the brochure on which added further time onto the design. However, we LOVED that we got to produce the Ede Homes brand and brochure and from start to finish.

A modern two-story house with stone exterior, blue tiled roof, and a gravel driveway with a white car parked in front. There is a wooden garage and fenced yard with greenery under a partly cloudy sky.
Open real estate brochure showing a residential development called Bow Farm in Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire, with images of houses and a large green lawn.
Newly built houses with modern designs and parked cars in a suburban neighborhood, large green lawn with freshly mowed stripes, blue sky with some clouds.

What did we do about it?

Our creative designers developed a luxurious, 40 page brochure using high quality uncoated paper stock. This given a quality tangible feel making people want to pick it up and browse through it.

Our designers focused on photography as the main feature of the brochure alongside large quotations. We wanted to create a simple, clean style for the brochure. We designed the front cover to capture the reader's attention with the use of fine quality paper and foil block against a royal blue background to make it stand out.

The brochure design is centred around stunning photography and inset shots showcasing Ede’s bespoke homes.

We produced a brand asset coordinating with the brochure, branding and style. This was then used by Ede Homes on their website, social media and other material to market their legacy. The brochure received positive feedback amongst local council members and stakeholders at the anniversary celebration.
