What was the challenge?

Ineco are at the forefront of clean technology in the commercial sector, offering sustainable energy solutions for businesses to help reduce costs and protect the environment.

With studies showing climate change could be irreversible by 2030, it’s important that large businesses take responsibility for their energy consumption and take the necessary steps to transition to green alternatives.

Unfortunately the energy sector is cluttered and bland, with most companies failing to offer any point of differentiation, much less a presence that might inspire business owners to act. On top of that, there is a balance that must be struck between the idealistic goal of saving the planet and the realistic commercial needs of businesses.

Ineco were competing in the sector with a lacklustre visual identity, lack of a clear messaging strategy and an outdated website.

What did we do about it?

Starting at the beginning, we crafted a concise brand strategy and messaging guideline including the brand’s purpose, mission, vision and values. Plus, a long form manifesto to act as their guiding principles.

The visual identity was completely refreshed including an updated logo, custom iconography and a modernised typeface and colour palette.

All this was then brought to life on a custom-build website featuring rich interactive elements, “golden-hour” videography and a modern, intuitive interface.

With the source of Ineco’s technology being the sun, it made sense that we utilise light and shadow as part of the brand. Our CGI team created a library of shadow assets, created by shining a virtual sun through the new Ineco icon.

Small details make a difference and our web team went the extra mile to create interactive elements for the site to offer those little points of delight for visitors.
