What was the challenge?

Keops, a family-owned business with over two decades of crafting custom log cabins, approached us with a heartfelt desire to invigorate their family brand. They wanted to not only highlight their own journey but also the transformative impact their cabins had on their customers' lives.

When Keops first reached out, they were facing a challenge. Enquiries were scarce, and they needed more than just a brand makeover. They needed to boost both enquiries and sales by creating a user-friendly online experience that seamlessly guided visitors from landing on the website to getting in touch.

What did we do about it?

We began with an in-depth workshop with Keops to understand their needs and aspirations. Together, we crafted a brand that combined a human touch with craftsmanship through the messaging and photography.

After completing the brand makeover, we turned our attention to the website. We streamlined the sitemap, making it more user-friendly, and seamlessly incorporated the new brand.

To introduce the rebrand, we ran a three-month social media campaign, first targeting existing followers and then expanding to new audiences. We celebrated the project's success with a brand launch day at Keops, capturing valuable content for future use.
