What was the challenge?
Nudges is an innovative automated valuation management tool that transforms how estate agents win instructions and maintain contact with homeowners. As the first of its kind, it streamlines engagement and provides a smarter way for agents to stay connected with potential clients. However, while the company had already transitioned from its original name, Valuation Tracker, the initial branding work failed to capture the essence of what Nudges stood for.
The brand lacked clarity, confidence, and the positioning needed to establish itself as a market leader. Additionally, it needed to be adaptable for future expansion into other sectors where its technology could be utilised. The challenge was to refine and elevate the brand, ensuring it clearly communicated the power of automation while feeling modern, engaging, and trustworthy.

We redefined the Nudges brand from the ground up, crafting an identity that accurately represented their innovative and intelligent approach to automated customer engagement.
Our process involved developing a fresh visual identity, including a refined logo, a distinctive colour palette, and a cohesive design system that reinforced Nudges as a cutting-edge leader in the industry. We also worked on refining the brand messaging, ensuring that Nudges effectively communicated its benefits to estate agents while leaving room for future growth into other sectors. The result was a confident, future-proof brand that stood out in the market and positioned Nudges as a trusted and dynamic industry leader.
