What was the challenge?

Ostique is a visionary company dedicated to designing products for individuals living with stomas. They truly believe that everyone living with a stoma deserves ostomy care that delivers on both the functional needs and that addresses the physical and mental challenges that may be faced.

We started working with Ostique in 2022 with the aim to create a compelling brand strategy and a powerful online presence and community. The challenge was to overcome the stigma around ostomy care products, educate the target audience about the benefits of Ostique’s products and establish Ostique as a leader in the industry.

What did we do about it?

The work we’ve completed included PPC, social media, email marketing, branding and Shopify. Over the course of us working alongside Ostique,their Google Ads campaigns have an average CPC of £0.44, compared to the industry average of £2.04. 

We also designed a user-friendly website, emphasising the functional advantages of Ostique’s products, while also highlighting its role in improving the overall well-being of users. Targeted PPC and paid social media campaigns were launched to reach individuals looking for stoma care solutions and the use of organic social media allowed us to build a strong community by providing valuable content and sharing success stories. In the first six months of 2023, we’ve increased Ostique’s Facebook page reach by 450% and Instagram page reach by 220%.
